You will get a detailed functional movement screen which will direct us how to rehab your body. After performing 7 functional movements we can discover where there is dysfunction or lack of mobility / stability.
Targeted rehab will be performed in the office one-on-one with the doctor and will be given to you as part of your care plan. We will ensure you are engaging in the exercises correctly. Rehab will also be tailored to your sports/activities.
Chiropractic adjustments help restore motion in your spine, relieve pain, improve neural flow and improve function. We can do this manually with hands or with the help of an instrument.
Adjustments can be applied to any joint in the body - even hips, ankles and wrists!
